The Cheltenham and Tewkesbury Primary Care Trust routinely publishes a large amount of information. All organisations will publish Annual Reports which include information on our Annual Accounts. This PCT's first Annual Report is available on this website or from the Publication Scheme Manager.

Documents that we routinely publish and are publicly available now, include:

• Annual Report; which is published every September
  
  
• Local Delivery Plan - the PCT's aims and objectives for health improvement and service delivery, over a 3 year period linked to 3 year funding allocations
  
  
• Annual Work Programme - this is produced at the start of each financial year to show how we will implement the LDP in that particular year and our associated budget proposals.
  
  
• Board papers - these are the agendas, minutes and supporting papers (including finance reports) for the Board. Papers are available three working days before the date of the meeting and the agenda is displayed in the Reception at the Dean Clarke House. The agenda and approved minutes of previous meetings are also available on the PCT website;
  
  
• Professional Executive Committee (PEC) - agendas, supporting papers and minutes are available on request;
  
  
• Organisational policies and strategies - class 9 lists some of the PCT's principal policies. Also available are the PCT's strategies on, for example, Health & Safety, Communication and Risk Management;
  
  
• Internal meetings - agendas, supporting papers and minutes of internal meetings and working groups are available on request;
  
  
• Corporate communications - the PCT newsletter, 'CHAT', is available to the public, as are press releases and media briefing notes;
