Audit / Targets

Following the successful PCCAG led countywide audit in 2003, we are currently considering how routine PCT wide audit should now be undertaken.

Practices now have an opportunity, using the Miquest tool, to undertake their own audit as often as they wish. Help and support is available from your PRIMIS facilitator.

Primary care will continue to receive additional funding for the support of Primary Care Diabetes Services under the nGMS through an Enhanced Service Agreement. Each practice will hold a copy where targets for implementing the ICP Diabetes are agreed with the PCT.
