What this is – an ICP for the care of adult Type 1 & Type 2 diabetic patients of the 19 practices in Cheltenham & Tewkesbury PCT.

What this isn’t – although this care pathway describes the process of care and significant management goals, it is not a comprehensive guide to the care of diabetic patients.
