Chris Hickey focuses on the development of our organisation and its partnerships.He also takes a particular interest in Mental Health and Learning Disabilities.
Anne Noble
Anne Noble focuses on clinical development. She also acts as the PCT's complaints convenor. Anne also takes a particular interest in services for Older People and Diabetes. She is an Older People's 'Champion'.
Peter Sayers
Peter Sayers lives in Cheltenham and is married with four children. He brings to the PCT skills from a career spanning academic, commercial and public service. As University Dean of both University of Gloucestershire and University of Wales, Peter's previous experience of both change management and of education will be very welcome.
As a member of the Human Genetics Commission (Health and Science Ministries 2003 - 2005) and a previous member of the Gloucestershire Royal Hospital NHS Trust Board, Peter also brings a fresh perspective of health issues to enrich the PCT Board. A former Chair of Oftel's Telecommunication Advisory Panel, Peter, who lives in Cheltenham, runs an internet company. Peter has declared no political activity in the last five years.
Sheila Ryan
Sheila joined the PCT on 1 July 2004. She comes to the PCT with a range of skills and knowledge, which will challenge our assumptions and inform our discussions around the Board table.
As a healthcare professional and manager, as well as a service user, she has experienced the NHS from many perspectives.
